By using any of the above named platforms you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions not only set out in this document but other T&C’s located throughout the various platforms either written or not communicated. We hold the right to change/withdraw any part of the T&C’s without any reason, notification or publication.

1. Content
By uploading any content e.g. photos and videos you are giving us right to the ownership of the content and we may use it as we see fit.

2.1 Viruses
If your device (or any linked devices) become infected by a virus from our website we hold no liability for the damage of hardware, software, loss of information or information taken from your device(s) it is the device owner to ensure that their equipment is protected against viruses and cyber-attacks.
2.2 Uploads & Downloads
If you upload any content to the website you are responsible to ensure that the content is free from viruses, malware and any other harmful material. If your upload contains any harmful software (e.g. viruses, malware) you will be liable for the repairs to our website and devices linked to our operation.
You must not upload any content that you do not own the rights to e.g. copyright photos or videos.
You must not upload any racial, homophobic or any material that may cause offence.

The team hold no liability for identity theft, stolen bank account/card/PayPal details, hacking or cyber-attacks or viruses from our shop. By using our shop you are liable for any loss of funds, information and any other loss associating with any of the above or any versions of the above.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days from receiving the order.
3.3 Returns and Damages
Returns are NOT accepted.
We check all of our products before we dispatch them. If your product(s) is received damaged we cannot accept any returns.

The team hold no liability for identity theft, stolen bank account/card/PayPal details, hacking or cyber-attacks or viruses from emails transmitted from our emails you are liable for any loss of funds, information and any other loss associating with any of the above or any versions of the above.
If you send any content to our email addresses you are responsible to ensure that the content is free from viruses, malware and any other harmful material. If your attachment/email contains any harmful software (e.g. viruses, malware) you will be liable for the repairs to devices linked to our operation.

The views expressed on any emails is the view of the author and send and not the view of the team.

The T&C’s of the active competition can be found at the bottom of the competition page of the website.
The team holds the right to amend the T&C’s of any competitions at any time without notice or publication.

The team can terminate any competition without notice or reason at any time. We also hold the right not to inform competitors of the termination.

We can add you to our mailing list if you: Sign up via the link on our website; enter a competition on any of our platforms. If you send an email to us. If you’re Full name and email address is use on any of our platforms.
7. Social Media
7.1 Usage
The Social Media platforms must not be used to spread personal agendas, personal or business advertising or spreading racial, homophobic or any other hate crime activities or any material that may cause offence.
7.2 Banned Users
If any user is seen to be committing any offences or similar that is set out in section 7.1 we hold the right the block and ban that user from all platforms and report them to the administrators of the platform or relevant authorities.
If any user threatens, uses foul/bad language or insults any other user these people will be banned.
Anyone creating any arguments will be banned.
Anyone forcing their opinion will also be banned.
7.3 Uploads and Downloads
You may only upload material that you have taken, recorded or drawn unless you have written permission from the owner.
You must not download any information from our social media platforms without our written permission.
7.4 Ownership
By uploading media and material to our platforms you are giving us the ownership of the content and we may use it as we see fit. If you do not own the material you are uploading to our platforms you must inform the original owner (set out in section 7.3) that we take ownership of their material.
7.5 Expression
Uploads, shares, likes, comments and status and all relating social media activity is not the view of the team but the expression of the author/sender.
